Lil Hoopers

 

Lil Hoopers provides an opportunity for preschoolers to learn the game of basketball. This “all about the fun” class will introduce basketball basics as children, ages 3-5, experience being part of a team.

Lil Hoopers is coached by Grek Powers, G Powers Training (GPT) founder and owner. Grek, who is a current parent of the U School, has been working with youth in the Ann Arbor area for over 20 years. He has coached basketball at Pioneer High School, worked for AAPS Rec & Ed in various capacities, and since 2016 GPT has taught basketball, soccer, and chess through AAPS Rec & Ed in over 20 local elementary schools, ages Y5-5th grade.

Six Week Class, February 15 – March 21 REGISTRATION OPEN

Classes are subject to cancelation if enrollment is low. Refunds can be provided if notice of cancellation is given if within 2 days notice of class date.

All lil hoopers will be offered a “power food” snack at the end of class.
